Car Repair — Booking Deposit

Deposit Policy

The deposit serves to secure a repair appointment slot and cover the procurement of spare parts.
Upon completion of the repair, the deposit will be deducted from the total service cost.
If the service is cancelled due to reasons attributable to the customer, any costs already incurred will not be refunded.
If the service cannot be performed due to reasons attributable to the service provider, a full refund will be issued.
Payment of the deposit constitutes agreement to the terms and conditions outlined above.
